Each month, we record your money coming in and your money going out, including payroll. We also handle bank and credit card reconciliations. Reconciliation means we match every transaction in your accounting software against your actual bank and credit card statements so nothing slips through and nothing is counted twice. And unauthorized charges are stopped early. The general ledger is reviewed and balanced before anything reaches you. That review step matters. Most businesses have no one checking the numbers before they land on the owner’s desk.
When the month is done, you receive the draft Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit and Loss, and Statement of Cash Flows. Those three financial statements give tax professionals what they need while also providing you with a clearer picture of how your business is actually doing.
How We Work With You
Our remote bookkeeping services are delivered directly inside your accounting software. You do not need to send us records or receipts. Our staff holds two- to four-year accounting degrees from accredited colleges and universities. All work follows Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Every team member uses company-owned hardware and a virtual private network (VPN) when accessing client files.
If your books are behind before we start, that is not a problem. We handle catch-up bookkeeping as a separate service so you can start fresh without carrying old disorder into your monthly work.
Before any work begins, we provide a written proposal with the estimated startup costs and your estimated ongoing monthly fees. No surprises.
