Services

      We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your needs, which usually takes about an hour.  We can meet at my office, your office or anyplace you feel comfortable.  We can even video conference.  Afterwards, I will send to you a written proposal outlining what direction I feel we need to take with your books, which would include estimated start up costs and ongoing monthly  fees.  This is your chance to make sure I didn't overlook anything.
     Each month, we record sales, payroll, reconcile accounts and provide the standard financial statements: Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit and Loss, and Statement of Cash Flows.
       We promise a clean "general ledger" for your tax professional to complete the returns on your behalf.
